Policy #1: Labeling of Tall Fescue with Performance Characteristics:

If tall fescue is to be labeled with performance characteristics such as "dwarf" or "turf type", it shall be labeled with the name of the kind and variety followed by the performance characteristics in parenthesis, i.e., Bonsai Tall Fescue (Dwarf Turf Type) or Bonsai Tall Fescue (Dwarf Type).

Policy #2: Labeling of Rape-Canola:

If rape seed is to be labeled with descriptive terms such as canola, it is to be labeled with the name of the kind and variety followed by the descriptive term in parenthesis, i.e., Cascade Winter Rape (Canola).
