What are your germination test date requirements for Agricultural seed?
Answer = 12 months

What are your germination test date requirements for Vegetable seed?
Answer = 12 months

What are your germination test date requirements for Lawn & Turf seed?
Answer = 15 months

SELL BY/PACKED FOR
Does your state law include requirements for "Sell By"/"Packed For" labeling vegetables, flowers and turf grass? If yes, please briefly explain.
Answer = Vegetables and flowers - YES. Labeled as Sell By/Packed For 2014, etc. Turf grass = NO. Have to have the test date on the label and then get 15 months from test date.
