RETAIL: For dealers that sell seed to consumers only.
WHOLESALE: For dealers that sell only to other seed dealers.
RETAIL/WHOLESALE: For dealers that sell seed to both.
INSPECTION FEE: Paid semi-annual, paid by dealers responsible for labeling and distributing the seed.
COSTS: Retail license: $5.00, Wholesale license: $25.00, Retail/Wholesale license: $30.00, Inspection Fee: $0.08 per 100 lb weight

TEST DATE
What are the germination test date requirements for agricultural seeds in your state?
Answer = 9 months, and 1 year for small package containers

What are the germination test date requirements for vegetable seeds in your state?

Answer = 12 months - must have a sell by date

What are the germination test date requirements for lawn & turf seeds in your state?

Answer = 15 months - must have a sell by date

GMO REGULATIONS
Does your state law have any specific language regulating "GMOs"?
Answer = NO

Does your state test for specific GMO varietal traits on official samples?
Answer = NO
